LTPAK (Lateral analysis module)

High-rise building analysis is a tough procedure, made simple by our developers here at BE4E. There always was an industrial need for accurate structural analysis for the effects of lateral loads on buildings. BE4E introduces the LTPAK, the first lateral analysis engine to be based on boundary element analysis. The LTPAK allows the user the following new features:

  • Real geometry modeling in lateral analysis. This leads to augmented drift values due to the accurate modeling of connection between the slab and column elements.
  • Fast solution; the LTPAK depends on stiffness analysis, therefore quick computation period.
